Tuning into Life with Conscience
Being in tune with life
means being honest about reality which is perceived through our senses and our
technological devices. Otherwise information becomes meaningless as nice as their form, as impressive as their dissemination might be. Further, life itself
makes us search for certainty about the true causes of reality changes. Being in
tune requires that we give in and honestly search for certainty by overcoming our false
righteousness and letting go of emotionally assumed power. While people are
avoiding these basic demands of life by being involved with their ego-centered visions, are being confused, emotional, have no time to look at the true causes of
reality, our cultural, economic and organizational problems cannot be solved on a purely
organizational level by structural changes. We
tend to assume that the established kind of exchange and information processing
is sufficient, yet based on facts, we know it is not! The signals are
overwhelmingly clear, and most people even in rich Switzerland are
becoming increasingly afraid of losing their jobs, not to mention the other aspects of their lives, let alone those of the rest of
the world. The actual emotional simplifications and the missing inner involvement
have effects on human cooperation similar to the effects of fast-food on the body;
over-eating and mal-nutrition on the one hand, information flooding and confusion on the
other hand!
Only
humans with minds able to frame their experience within the essence of life and
being can detach in time from misguided mass movements and other temptations. Only then can they take personal initiatives to confront and transform social
threats and make use of them to contribute to reframing culture with integrity. It is
those initiatives that make the difference and create the innovations necessary to overcome
the man-made problems. High quality human involvement in
Timely Exchange of
Project-Orientated Competence, is the only dynamic that
can save cultures and organizations from their otherwise innate decay. Managing High-tech
alone cannot do it, nor coaching based on idealization. In the post-modern time the Internet is a chance to do both,
one-to-one, on-site TEPOC and enhance the remote connections with
multi-media web-technologies.

At some time we all take
c3-initiatives
by communicating to update each other, control the
ongoing change, and where do not understand fulfillment, command others to deregulate their hidden
agenda in favor of ours. Understanding this basic meaning of the tension between individuals and their relationships in society is not a matter of conviction or belief, but rather a matter of
identifying and acknowledging the innate potential of oneself and
others. Consciously enhancing and expressing it then becomes meaningful by adequately modeling it
consciously, with or without the opinions of the mass, beyond political correctness.... |
