System Wardens Pretend to Rule the Times...
Inadequate system wardens
see through dark words
and
cultivate their
incredible short-coming as a virtue.
For that reason, management innovation is so hard; it has to take place in
a prison of the calcified management systems, which needs to be transcended before
the point of NO return! Trapped in it these forms that shape the way we think
we have to behave and talk, up to the grounding of collective human
systems, the financial systems and worse, with suicide terrorism on
its various level. So it is hardly surprising that we find it difficult
to imagine an alternative set of structures, tools or techniques
that might replace what has become such a threat to humanity. As a
consequence of the thus mainstream
knowledge work, there are more and more deprived, and among the
others, more discussions, but no feedback leading to a meaningful
play-book, and no set of golden rules for management innovation. However,
there are several vital ingredients that always come together
when real management innovation happens. These are:

A
distinctive and novel point of view about the substantialities
that in fact shape the future, beginning with the laws of nature,
progressing to those of individual lifefulfillment…

A
clearly-articulated problem with the corresponding
challenge that needs resolving; today, the inadequate ways of
understanding and dealing with human systems, still rooted in
Greek philosophy of “free” subjects liking to play with objects, up
to men and women, even whole nations and continents, earth itself
and nature. An that under the mono-static political curse by
which all people are put under the same set of rule…

A
core group of a critical number of real human beings“switched
on” to the so far ignored substantiality. They are often tagged as “heretics”
and worse, in order to stop them from taking action beyond the organized
pre-trans-traps by which
transcending solutions can be suppressed like symptoms as
preceding the thus embellished trap. But the need for
insights into a desirable future remains, with, or
without the mainstream opinions, or the spirit of the time, the
great procrastinator! However, the thus procrastinated task
fulfillment with actions is needed to push the new idea beyond the
prevailing forms of organizations despising real people;
towards Life-Fulfilling Platforms.

deep understanding of the traditional orthodoxies that need
to be overcome.
Only this way can the
pretended rule of the system wardens over time be overcome in
order to give the respective substantialities the meaning they
deserve to allow lifefulfillment; the basic value without which
everything in the end means nothing. When that was discovered in terms
of the cause of the plague and its prevention, it took the
"Christian" Europe around a hundred year to make it operational! Think
of all the millions of lives waste for upholding the then prevailing
prejudice about God and humans for the sake of hidden agendas
of system wardens of outdated ideologies! And please consider,
ingredients are necessary, but not sufficient.
There is no substitute for real people switched on to their personally
relevant substantiality prepared to fulfil it with their lives; that is,
what it is all about!
Thus the basics to aim for in a desirable innovating management must be the
basics that allow modelling human systems for lifefulfillment.
