The Unwilling
The
outward
-
verbal disagreement,
- lack of meaningful communication,
- remaining fragmented in space and time in view of
focusing on matter and applying energy, e.g. money as a first priority,
- virtual lobbying, gossiping and indulging in
fantasies and
- being suspicious of each others
hidden
agenda
If not prevented, the noise of the
unwilling escalates into a conflict that overwrites
justified interests, resets the process towards a solution, and replaces it with a chaotic
development, for which nobody can be responsible any more! Just
Longing
for free-dom and
peace with each other, like-minded people are forming
C-people-minded, merely
communication (C) based communities, "media-demo-cracy-s". This allows
psycho-politicians
to focus on common goals, and thus lead people towards law and order by which they can be
governed. The remaining rest-risks of any thus man-made systems requires
genuine scientists who care for
an appropriate
networking that gives new insights a chance through trial and
error, understanding, and proof of desirable results. Success attracts
trend-riding artists to
embellish man-made achievements, and intellectuals, to claim it as theirs. And last, but not least,
managers make economic use of it. The arranged
meetings
in a group field's way, make its
outcome known as
the trend, and position the participants in its name, e.g.
all under the
zeitgeist. Then, with the unavoidable conflict with other, e.g.
personal interests, the media establish the C=communication
about it as the spirit of the times. This process of trend setting,
is known to those instrumentalized by it as the only, and
thereby conditioning benchmark for the formatting of their minds; it
results in thinking catastrophes!
They mask the real conflict;
that between individual's personally relevant#3 connotations,
and the collective denotations, based on simplifying,
personally-neutral#2 wordy
generalizations. And that leads beyond the point of NO return towards
the known human catastrophes! The emerging New Trend of thinking in terms of global
markets, e.g. the client's empty mind being the world, requires the art to represent
winning marketing strategies! This entails to first empty people's minds from
substance, and then replace its void with the desired goal for a
target group. This way,
seemingly "anything goes".
However, this approach to human systems is obviously inadequate to address the new,
and the necessity in any sufficient way. When it comes
to survival of the single customer; there is no substance left after we have cannibalized
all substantialities! Thus organizational development is not just for business
managers, it is everyone's
responsibility! And if is not fulfilled, then organizations slip from men's control
and develops their own, self-destructive dynamic. When a
trend gets into saturating its underlying assumption, anger surfaces on
the personal, and chaos on the collective level among those concerned.
Allowing an
understanding of the so far suppressed substantialities in
their strive for
fulfillment with appropriate parameters, revitalizes the potential in otherwise chaotic
transition periods. That is the point, where the transparency about the interests of those
concerned has to lead to Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated
Competence, TEPOC©, or the whole mental effort so far
invested is
just producing more and increasingly confusing quantities...
