1.2.2.1 Appeal to Scientists for Considering Real
Human Systems
A plasma consists of significantly
ionized atoms so their inner quality (Schrödinger equation) determines
its behavior. The topic of my Ph.D. thesis (1970-73) was the modeling of doubly
ionized plasma under re-entry conditions (17 Km/sec, 30'000o).
Similarly you cannot appropriately understand human systems (individuals,
their relationships, teams and cultures) by treating people as socio-metric
units similar to classical aerodynamics treating the atoms of a gas as
mechanical particles with the statistics of them bumping into each other.
Proper science focuses on entities in order to investigate their
innate dynamics; above all on "nature" by identifying the laws of nature. The
context ranges from subatomic quantum behavior, via the chemical and
mechanical behavior of matter in normal life, and in the humanities, on how
people as subjects deal with such entities as objects, up to
relativistic phenomena near the speed of light. When it comes to people,
sciences deal in collective entities and try to instrumentalize people
for their master's made-up objectives; up to engage them in raging wars and
worse. In short, organized science has so far not
attributed real human systems an entity worthwhile studying! In this
manipulative spirit, people have to be open for
getting their integrity corrupted by psychopolitics and marketing. Thus
the prevailing mental operating system is like a computer without a
firewall, open to all sorts of viruses, e.g. opinions! Thus claiming to do
research about human systems as meaningful entities in terms of their
life- through task fulfillment is treated as a
provocation by leading science policy makers. This is the reflection of
their underlying thinking catastrophe,
which it is in fact, and globally, the "mother" of all human catastrophes!
Thus this appeal to overcome this fallacy has become of acute relevance in the
financial crisis 2008, a mere projection of the
underlying mental crisis! The signs are on all walls; the
socio-economic-political system is falling apart, the environment is moving
towards a climate catastrophe - faster than anticipated by science. For that
reason, "ionized" in my inner ground-state by insights, I have been modeling
human systems (HS) since 1980. It took me a few years to 1986 to model HS
in terms of the impact in life- through task
fulfillment as personally relevant
open-ended
generative principles
(OEGP). It took me another 20 years to
figure out how and why people can, each individual within the OEGP that does
justice to him or her, produce and participate in the known thinking
catastrophe. Just in time before the point of NO return, way out has been
made operational for applications in workshops; dealing with each
participant's relevant parameters. This is of
utmost relevance for a turnaround in
dealing with human systems in
education, science, economy and politics.
The fact is, lacking awareness of these parameters can have the same serious
consequences as ignoring the laws of ecology; it evokes a
self-destructive dynamic in human systems; now on a globally synchronized
level! Most conventional ways to give meaning to human systems have
created more problems than solutions! So far the system wardens of all
ages have developed almost just in more subtle ways to
pre-trans-trapping
real human systems
attempts to
transcending the traps
they want people to be in! And they do that as one deals with
"barbarians"/criminals, thug states preceding what is politically
correct in terms of crimes. In this trap those in power instrumentalize
people first of all by the domination of their denotational, e.g. philosophical,
rhetoric, mass-attractive thinking in the spirit of the time. The prime example
of this curse on mankind (a term introduced by Karl Popper), was
the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, now it is embellished raping people and the
planet...
