The Essence of Material Science
Materialistic
Science is investigating the basics for desirable objectives (O),
here lifefulfillment, usually for free applicable tool, weapons, and
systems in order to able to multiplying (m) the immutable results
for the desirable usage in applying the basic functions,
F1 for input, F2 for processing, and
F3 for the output. Any human system has to perform them to be able to go
on with its physical existence:

F1=NF: The basic attitude of science is self-less in
the sense that one investigates the F=future evolvement of the theme in
question from its N=now presence as accessible through data
relevant
for its future. And that is to be
investigated without interfering or disturbing the cause in
question any way. Relying on
data is referring to the O=objects
with
data that can b m=multiplied
to other observers. A scientist is thus just looking at what rises above the mist of conflicting causes and
rumors, that which is solidly grounded in itself in the the underlying substantiality, the understanding of which is the goal. |

F2=FP: Applying science in this way can
provoke, from the point
of view of P=past experience, unexpected possible futures, as for
instance in an experiment. It is then a matter of being able to deregulate
and revitalize the understanding so far reached and disseminated in
theories and models. However, the temptation is to rather enforce the
established order against the newly emerging insights, because is seems simpler and less of a
risk. At this stage, science becomes denotational and compartmentalized,
and men compete over positions to administer what is now no longer science but
opinions, prejudice, dogma, ideology, paradigm, myth, political
correctness, trend, even wars, etc. |

3=PN: When
devoting oneself personally to applying science,
its virtual past shapes the present of our mentality as we know it from the way
operating
system of computers shape the execution of the running of programs. At this
point of personal awareness, a human being needs a guideline about how to take
responsibility for the further development of his or her mentality beyond what we all get
conditioned to in terms of political correctness.
This is of course up to our free will; in today's society people get away with
being Ce-zombies, e.g. in embedding in and defaulting to the Ce=established communicative mentality. |
How the now leads to a future,
is the basic question of Naturalistic - Positivistic - Materialistic
NPM-science: It
assumes everything evolves from an initial stage, such as the big bang due to the laws of physics, and blind selections of higher order forms
in surviving what has, according to the evolution myth, supposedly led to life and consciousness as we know it.
The actual future then changes
our interpretation of the past and where we have fallen for the temptation
to manipulate, e.g. behave as if we ourselves had
the power of, and over the law of nature and ultimately its originator, God.
In that quest philosophy was
born;
the attempt to rule 1Om from the 2Om point of view, and on the basis of
established,
denotational language. Chomsky managed to close that mental operating-system
which Plato had initiated, and which has infected theology
over the
ages. How useful is it knowing about the past in the now!
It allows self-awakened human being. Of
course we can default to our survival (reptilian stem-brain) mode, to our
hedonistic desires (mammalian mid-brain), or to what Ce offers us in terms of
(the frontal lobes) morality,
ethics, religion, dogmas, return on investment incentives etc. With Applied Personal
